Resection of non-palpable breast tumour, with magnetic seed, using oncoplastic approach with Round-block pattern
47-year-old woman with small breasts and a diagnosis of G2 infiltrating ductal carcinoma of the breast with HR and HER 2 +, 5mm in diameter, in the supero-internal quadrant of the right breast, diagnosed by population screening mammography. Conservative surgery was performed using the Round-block technique and selective sentinel lymph node biopsy.
