1       Job Description

1.1   Challenge

Sirius Medical Systems B.V. is a fast-growing Medical Device scale-up, located at the High Tech Campus in Eindhoven, the Netherlands. At Sirius Medical, we improve care for cancer patients through our effective, affordable localization system, enabling the precise and efficient surgical removal of tumors. Our ambition is to offer a solution that provides value across the patient-care pathway.

Sirius Medical was founded in 2017. Our Sirius Pintuition surgical navigation system was CE marked in 2020 and US FDA cleared in early 2021. We are running multiple commercial operations in EU, ANZ, and US and are preparing to open additional markets. In parallel, we develop new innovative features for our product portfolio.

Sirius Medical is looking for an experienced Medior Digital Marketeer to lead and execute the marketing automation for Sirius Medical brand and its products namely, Sirius Pintuition. In this role, you will design, implement, and measure the effectiveness of online campaigns across multiple platforms.

The ideal candidate is an expert in taking the lead in the digital space for Sirius Medical and become the program manager for marketing automation. This includes defining a strategy and including designing and executing online campaigns, managing social media strategies, utilizing HubSpot for effective marketing automation and analytics. Additionally, you will support the Sirius Medical Academy team and excel at engaging with internal stakeholders to align marketing initiatives with business objectives, driving sales conversions, and supporting the unique needs of our local markets.

1.2   Responsibilities

1. Driving Local Engagement and Campaign Support

  • Develop global online campaigns that align seamlessly with Sirius Medical's market and brand campaigns, incorporating social media, paid and organic advertisements, and email marketing strategies.
  • Manage downstream campaigns and analyze their performance, ensuring a focus on ROI to continuously optimize results. Including lead generation, activations and endorsement.

2. Driving Local Engagement and Campaign Support

  • Drive high-quality lead generation and maintain top-of-mind awareness with customers across key digital channels, with a particular focus on LinkedIn and X (formerly Twitter).
  • Promote clinical evidence supporting Sirius Pintuition to establish credibility and authority in the field.
  • Design and develop tailored landing pages to support specific marketing campaigns and enhance conversion rates.

3. Managing HubSpot and Supporting Sirius Medical Academy

  • Manage HubSpot, including CRM and CMS systems, ensuring efficient use and optimization for marketing and customer management.
  • Analyze and extract ROI for specific campaigns, providing insights to guide future marketing strategies.
  • Provide IT support to the Sirius Medical Academy team, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to ensure smooth operations.

 

2       Profile

  • A completed WO degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • You have a proven track record of managing digital marketing campaigns.
  • You are analytically strong, confident, and not afraid to take ownership.
  • You are eager to learn, keep up with new trends, like working with ChatGPT, and know advertising platforms like the back of your hand.
  • Experience in CRM and CMS systems and have excellent computer and IT troubleshooting skills
  • You are fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.
  • You preferably have experience in small and dynamic commercial-stage scale-up teams that realize rapid growth.
